Easy Easter Treats

If you are entertaining over the Easter break, the last thing you want is to be stuck in the kitchen for hours on end.

Dessert on Easter Sunday needs to be something that is super quick and easy to make, and, ideally something that can be prepared ahead.

If cake is your thing, this Chocolate Brownie Cake is perfect for an Easter get-together. You can make a statement and top it off with some Chocolate Freckle Eggs or Easter Rocky Road, serve it on its own, or with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or dollop of cream.

For those looking for something other than chocolate, the cute-as-a-button Caramel Apple Bunny Tarts are for you. And don’t be put off by the shape, you don’t need a bunny cookie cutter to make these - I found a bunny stencil online and traced on to baking paper from the iPad.
